nv1978: Before there was fandom, there was Nadia… Simple as that! She gave me a link-list before I even had Internet-Access and without her I wouldn’t write, wouldn’t vid and wouldn’t know what html is about. So yeah, of course I love her and she has the energy level of one of those Duracell-Bunnies marching through the fandoms that are interesting her, building up some of the most amazing webpages and archives for them and giving the German Fanfic Authors portals to present their stories in a professional and beautiful way and I was getting totally wasted on our first meeting on a party and she is still talking to me, even when I in a drunken manner tried to convinced her and her has-been boyfriend, now husband and father of her two kids, that I am arrogant and a bitch… *snicker* So yeah, Nadia is one of the coolest and most amazing persons I met!
titenani: Nani – She’s so unbelievable sweet and able to be this wicked at the same time, there is something about her, that just enthrals me and my perverted mind into overdrive. She is really one of those persons, who is making lemonade out of lemons and not using them up with the tequila, if life hands her some bullshit… Never whining, never bitching, even when she tries to and always looking on the bright side and that is very rare in people and have I mentioned that she has a smart sense for ambiguous humour?
teh_jules: Yeah, my wife, my true love, my fanfic goddess – She could tell me a story with the most boring plot in my taste, like Claire singing Aaron to sleep and I would still weep, if she want me to, laugh, if that’s her intention or getting eaten by the angst. She doesn’t write fanfiction, she makes poetry out of it, digs deeper into the characters and keeps coming up with all of those surprising metaphors for life and death and all in between. Or she simply let them fuck their brains out, while trying to forget, what fucking mess their lives become and mentioning all the stuff that leads to the fuckfest in smashing semantics and short sentences that knock you on your ass. And her Faith voice is to die for or general her anti-hero voices, so spot on and messed up and true and simple. She also made me see Dawn in a whole new light, back then and introduced me to writing slash. Actually she dared me to a lot over the course of the last years and I was always happy to tag along and dive deep… And she gave me back my faith that good stories can be wrote in German.
charmax: My One-Night-Stand that will be forever treasured and hold on high to sting Xandras jealousy. I loved Charmax long before we get to know each other over at Midnight Lair, her videos were the most amazing thing I saw in the fandom and I always loved her emotional interpretations of songs and couples, even when they weren’t as technically perfect and professional two and a half year ago, she always grabbed my heart with them. You just knew that they were thought through and meaningful, that you would learn something new about the characters and their relationships, while watching them. Like her vids she keeps evolving and getting better and better at was she does best, ripping my heart out and make me green with envy. Her abilities are uncounted and she is just so damn talented and my new PS-Goddess, because she rules, my old Vidding-Goddess, because she always amazed me with her views and my secret love of my life. She’s my idol and my English Rose and I will stalk her, till she kills me… *muhahahaha*
colour_me_sassy: Sassy just rocks, I will forever love her for making Midnight Lair to one of the most welcoming, warm and informative forums on the internet and making it into family. Her photographic talent is also just incredible, her pictures are a sight of beauty, you should really check them out at her site. Amazing motives, lightning and colours, just breathtaking and beautiful. Her fanarts are also stunning and even when she is going through a rough time right now with her broken arm, she will come through as always, not a doubt about that and I can't wait to see, what she comes up with next.
