I'm not that a big Arthur/Gwen fan either, mostly because their relationship feels forced to me. I blame sloppy writing for it, but I love your interpretation of their relationship. It makes so much sense in the context of the show and I certainly prefer it over sloppy writing.

(Yes. I love Gwen when she gets all "private eye"-like. She's so clever, I wish she'd have to do more again.)
