Remember when Spike and Dru were new in Sunnydale? When he was evil, she was completely insane and they were crazy in [their] love? Yeah, good times… *sigh* So I had to do something with these caps of [livejournal.com profile] mouthfullofdust lying on my harddrive and these icons are certainly mediocre, but I love the subject and practice is always a good thing, so yeah, here we go, ignore the strangeness and plain look.

Strange and plain? So not!

And you're right - practice makes perfect. Out of this bunch my favs are the first and last on the bottom row, the last on the second row and it's a toss up between the first and second on the top row.

I just love the toned down brushwork. It's not that I dislike textures and brushes but I do like things a bit more subtle. And no, it's not plain! :P

Merci beaucoup, darling! I have to admit that I like the plain darkness of these, one of the reasons, why I tried to keep it in - Spike and Dru were so twisted in their devotion and I'm getting really nostalgic now! *wistful smile*
