He's a darling, isn't he... I mean apart from biting through cables, frazzle post into tiny pieces and driving the other two mad with chasing them, is he the poster cat of sweetness! *big smirk*

*gives out some tissues*

Dean really is a natural talent in the inscrutable pose, he can abuse your leg as tree and still look totally innocent while you snag him up, so that you forget your tirade and just cuddle him. He plays the kitty card to no extend and not only with the humans, but Storm and Joy as well, but they aren’t as easily fooled. *grin*

Storm is a beauty, but she is the one, who still unnerves me after three years, because she looks at you sometimes, like you’re about to beat her with total fear in her eyes and that is hard to watch. It’s getting less and less frequent and I think Dean does her some good, because she is really warming up to the rebel and gets overall more secure. We never got to know her story, she was found in a box with her siblings, but the woman from the private animal shelter said, that she hadn’t one so frighten and disturbed cat in a while and was pretty much at the point where she gave up hope, that she would find a home, reason why we took her.

Joy and Shy were both also found in a box next to the river with their siblings and the reason they survived was because whoever threw the box didn’t threw it far enough to land in the river. Really I can’t understand such treatment of animals, why don’t go to the animal shelter and just give them away? Dean’s former owner was a farmer and he said that he had enough cats for his property and so he made an announcement in the newspaper, simple as that and it worked, he only got one other sibling at the time my boyfriend took Dean and I’m pretty sure, she is already placed in another home.

Well, Rico is a bit psychotic, but most of the time he is just bored, so yeah, you have to read his moods to avoid scratches.

About Joy’s camera pose, she gives me the why do you even bother to take pictures here?’-look, whenever I get out the camera at home and does the same thing, as your cats, stop doing whatever adorable thing she is doing and outside she is just more interested in anything else beside the camera.*grin*
