I knew that charmax adored Joanie in Deadwood and she seemed like a natural choice for a brilliant song charmax once upon a time gave me to vid Cuddy. So of course I wanted to do a happy Joanie vid with Jane in the mix for this blissful occasion. Which lead me to believe that I could do it - I completely underestimated that our dear Joanie is almost never truly happy. xandra_ptv was my dedicated cheerleader and kicked my ass when I was ready to burst into tears from the lack of happiness.

It is multifandom vid set to David Usher’s ‘Babyskin Tattoo’ and we had such a blast making it in the past five days. Seriously even when Xandra wasn’t standing behind me with a whip, she is scarily fast when it comes to vidding and I tried my hardest to keep up. Even she was impressed with my not snail speed this time – Heh.

And I hope evil_trisha doesn’t mind to take it as her belated birthday present from me. So happy you had a good time and your new pets are too adorable.

So I’ve been busy, busy, busy lately and therefore this interfered with me being a good little lj-friend, but it spared you my whining at least. There are two bigger fanfics I’m working on at the moment, because my attention span has the size of a cobweb and I can’t seem to keep myself short, when it comes to Faith/Cordelia or I have no self-control. *shrugs* There is also other stuff I should be working on, but thankfully I must reinstall Windows first before I can vid again, which is okay-ish, because you know finishing a fic would do me some good in getting the feel of something is done. Fini. Geschafft.

I reencoded most of my vids for imeem.com and uploaded some of them for the avi-whores out there, because I know you are lurking in the shadows cursing me and my unchanging real-encodes and big mpegs. Then I went down on my knees begged and pleaded till my voice was hoarse, skin bloody, spirit broken and charmax became annoyed with my worshipping act and she sighed and offered me space.

Okay, maybe the last part was just in my head, because Charmax sadly isn’t capable of inflicting cruelty. In fact she is much too nice to make me even plead. I tried to make her do it on various occasions, so I just verify the fact that Charmax is one of the nicest person who ever walked the earth and keeps strange company. Or maybe she let Xandra and me complete her evil quota.

Anyway, I uploaded my most recent vids, because I had the uncompressed avi still on my hard drive and not a big mpeg, which makes the avi-encode a bit too fuzzy for my taste. I still think that you get the best size/quality output with real and will continue to think so, till someone proves me wrong, but I also will offer avis in the future, so more people will be getting their instant gratification.
